It was my first visit to Dr Kane Aesthetics and i was delighted. I had a chemical peel with their lovely skin therapist Emily. From the customer service to the actual treatment, everything was perfect and I have since booked a course of skin pen microneedling! I felt relaxed the whole time and Emily was amazing at explaining everything step by step as she did the chemical peel.

Dr Kane has been great with me. He spend time on a call before the appointment to explain the process and provide reassurance - he listened to my concerns and we agreed on expectations. During the appointment he explained clearly how the appointment will go and listened to my worries as i have a phobia of needles. Here is the only place I found using canula in Newcastle which was really important to me. Dr Kane is the only person I would trust with injecting.

I visited Dr Andrew for my first ever anti wrinkle treatment. Dr Andrew spent a great deal of time with me (an hour of free consultation, and at no time did I feel pressured into carrying out any procedures) he listened to any concerns I had and made genuine expert recommendations based on what I needed, not for monetary gain.
